C.    Your rights

Under the applicable Data Protection laws you are entitled certain rights. Please note that exercising these rights is subject to certain requirements and conditions specified by the applicable Data Protection laws.

      I.         Right to revoke your consent

When Propel relies your consent to process your Personal Data you are entitled to revoke your consent at any time. Revoking your consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the data processing based on consent prior to your revocation.

     II.         Right to information, access, rectification, erasure and restriction of the data processing.

You have the right to at no cost request information, in writing, about the Personal Data we process about you. You can, at any time, request corrections of incorrect information and you may also have the right to request that we delete the Personal Data we have registered about you, request that the processing be restricted and request that we provide you with a copy of the Personal Data.

If you do not have any grounds for your request or if your request is unreasonable, e.g. if you frequently and at short intervals request excerpts or deletions, we have the right to refuse your request or charge a fee that covers the administrative costs incurred by your request.

    III.         Right to data portability

You may have the right to obtain Personal Data relating to you and that you have provided to us in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format and have the right to transfer this Personal Data to another Personal Data controller.

   IV.         Right to object to direct marketing

You may, at any time, object to your Personal Data being processed for direct marketing or profiling for such purposes. If you do not want Propel to process your Personal Data for this/these purpose(s), Propel asks that you notify us of this by contacting Propel's contact information provided below. Propel will then cease processing your Personal Data for this/these purpose(s) and delete your Personal Data, provided that we do not need them for any other purpose in accordance with this Personal Data policy.

     V.         Right to object to automated decision making

You may, at any time object the decision taken and express your view on the automated decision making and what the consequences are in your case. Also Propel makes sure you have the opportunity to obtain human intervention on the part of the controller.

   VI.         Right to file a complaint

If you are dissatisfied with how we process your Personal Data you may also contact us at our contact information according to clause D below. You also have the right to file a complaint regarding our Personal Data processing to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

If you exercise your rights, it will be the responsibility of Propel to verify that you are entitled to exercise such rights and that Propel shall normally reply within one month after receiving the request.
