Our refund policy

As a Consumer, You may exercise your right of withdrawal. This means that You may withdraw from your purchase and revoke your Order without giving any reason for the withdrawal and without any additional costs.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the Order by You. When Products are delivered in separate deliveries, the withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) calendar days from the day that You or a third party designated by You received the last remaining part of the Product. The conditions necessary to exercise the right of withdrawal are specified hereinafter.

When Propel has not provided the Consumer with the legally required information about the right of withdrawal or the model form for withdrawal, the cooling-off period will expire twelve months after the end of the original withdrawal period of fourteen (14) calendar days determined in accordance with the previous paragraphs of this article.

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal if Products are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized to meet your preferences.

You are obliged to return the Products back to Propel either by sending them to us or by handing them over to us without undue delay, but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which Propel was notified of the withdrawal.

As a Consumer, You shall use the delivered Products with the utmost care during the first fourteen (14) days after delivery. You should only handle and inspect the Products as is allowed in a material shop in order to assess their nature, characteristics and functioning. You can be held liable by Propel for any Products diminishing in value as a consequence for handling the Products other than what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Propel will reimburse all payments made by Consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the trader for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which Consumer notified him of the withdrawal. Unless Propel offers to collect the Product itself, Propel may wait with reimbursement until Propel has received the Product or until Consumer proves that he has returned the Product, whichever comes first.

It is of importance, that You will bear any and all costs related to returning the goods. If the Products are send within the period of fourteen (14) calendar days then you have exercised your right of withdrawal in a correct manner. The costs of returning the goods shall not be higher than the costs of delivery.

Propel shall use the same means of payment as Consumer has used for repayment, unless Consumer agrees to a different method of payment. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

If a Consumer makes use of the right of withdrawal, all supplementary contracts are cancelled by operation of law.
